Road accident compensation claim – spinal injury
A client suffered a serious spinal injury following a road accident. The client was a minor and Rosemary was able to secure £2.25 million in accident compensation.
Accident compensation claim - Public liability
Rosemary has recently settled a road accident compensation claim for £75,000. The driver of a car had aquaplaned on water which had accumulated due to a blocked drain. The car came to rest overturned in a nearby field.
Rosemary brought this accident compensation claim against the local authority, who were liable in that they had not implemented a sufficiently robust system of inspection to ensure the drains did not become blocked and cause the flooding hazard. This was a difficult case due to the involvement of third parties but Rosemary fought to secure appropriate compensation for our client.
Industrial diseases – dermatitis
Problems with failures to provide a safe working environment at a local manufacturing company, left several employees suffering with occupational dermatitis. Rosemary successfully fought several of these compensation claims for our clients
