Asbestos-related compensation - Mesothelioma victim was wife
Whilst the initial claim for asbestos-related compensation was made by his wife, our client continued the claim following his wife’s death from mesothelioma. Exposed to asbestos himself, this client had to watch his wife develop mesothelioma as a result of her exposure whilst washing his work clothing many years before.
