Asbestos-related compensation claim - Mesothelioma victim
Working as a lagger for Newalls Insulation Company Limited, our client was only in his early 60’s when he was diagnosed with mesothelioma. Sadly, he died before his claim for asbestos-related compensation could be completed. Road traffic accident compensation claim - Hit by drunk driver
Eamonn successfully handled the claim for road traffic accident compensation for this client when she was injured in a collision with a drunk driver. She suffered multiple injuries. She had to undergo various X-rays and scans, followed by several surgical procedures during her recovery.
