Bank worker compensated after injury at work

A bank worker has successfully pursued a compensation claim after he was injured in an accident at work.

Our client was working a shift at the bank when the back of his chair became caught up in the underside of a panel on the wall behind him. The panel was not attached securely to the wall and it fell down, hitting our client on the head.

He suffered a cut to his head, which caused associated headaches and blurred vision. The symptoms he suffered as a result of the accident lasted for three months.
