Elderly lady awarded compensation after falling in bathroom

An elderly lady was awarded a compensation package after contacting our personal injury specialists after she suffered an injury at home.

During construction works in her bungalow, workmen lifted the old bathroom flooring and failed to replace it on schedule. They did not notify the woman of the state of the floor before leaving. The next night, the woman entered the bathroom and her foot became stuck in the floor; she fell forward and injured her ankle.

After contacting our specialist solicitors she was awarded compensation for the injuries suffered as a result of the dangerous state that her bathroom was left in.
