Compensation Victory Following Road Traffic Accident on M53

The accident occurred after another vehicle collided with the back of the client's Astra as she was stationary waiting to go round a roundabout. As a result of the collision the client suffered whiplash injuries to her head and shoulders.
Liability was admitted by the driver of the other vehicle but later when the accident claim went to court the other driver tried to defend himself by stating that the client was lying about her injuries and that the impact speed was less than 5mph.
