Whiplash compensation claim for driver in multiple-vehicle road accident
Almost home from work one day, this client, through no fault of his own, was involved in a road traffic accident whilst he waited to turn right at a busy junction.

A suspected spinal injury was fortunately ruled out by x-ray on his arrival at hospital.
It took many months of physiotherapy and dental treatment before our client mostly recovered from his painful injuries. He continues to suffer from some stiffness and pain, as well as some psychological issues as a result of the trauma of the accident, and has been unable to return fully to his previous work which involved a considerable amount of driving.
