Exposure To Asbestos By Two Negligent Employers - Albert Church's Story

Albert Church, who is in his late 70s, was injured after being exposed to harmful quantities of asbestos. We had to sue two defendants because he now has pleural plaques. There is a risk in the future he will develop malignant mesothelioma and an increased risk of lung cancer. He was awarded £10,100.
