Tripped On Uneven Pavement - Mrs Gardiner's Story
Janet Gardiner was awarded £2,500 after Clear Answer's solicitors took on her accident claim. The client tripped on an uneven pavement as she was on her way to the shops. The pavement was uneven as some tree roots beneath the surface had pushed the pavement upwards, the client tripped on this damaging her right knee.
Mrs Gardiner's thank you letter said:
