Anthony has worked for Thompsons for 7 years, having previously completed his Legal Practice Course part time. Prior to Thompsons, he worked for an insurance company, and then a law firm based in Caerphilly and London.

Work accident compensation claim – Fatal work accident
Anthony represented this client whose partner had died as a result of a workplace accident, when he was crushed by a heavy load. This was a complex claim, which involved not only the deceased’s common law partner but also several children who brought their own dependency claims. Anthony represented the deceased’s partner and acted as the lead solicitors in the consolidated action brought by his children.

Work accident compensation claim – Amputation of the lower leg
Anthony’s client in this work accident compensation claim suffered a leg injury when it was crushed by a heavy goods vehicle whilst at work.
