Compensation awarded to sales assistant injured by falling trolley

An injured sales assistant was awarded compensation after contacting our accident at work specialists.

She had been instructed to oversee the delivery of goods at the rear of the store in which she worked. Nearby contractors were completing signage works which were obstructing the road. The claimant was injured when a trolley toppled over where the contractors were working and fell onto her.

She sustained bruising and swelling to her right ankle and injury to her back and shoulder; for which she required 10 weeks off work and physiotherapy treatment.

After contacting our specialist accident at work solicitors she secured a compensation package.
