Clear Answers urge injured to Seek Legal Advice

Insurance companies argue that victims of personal injury do not need lawyers to get justice; however here at Clear Answers we strongly believe that solicitors do make a big difference.

Clear Answers' specialist personal injury lawyers, Thompsons Solicitors have recently dealt with several accident claims which show that it is always a good idea to seek professional claim advice.

Personal Injury Claims

In one case, a person injured in a Road Traffic Accident had been approached by the insurance company of the driver responsible for the road accident and was offered only £500. The injured person then instructed Clear Answers' Solicitors who wrote a letter to the insurers and obtained a medical report before recovering £2,250 compensation.

In another case, a person had been involved in a low-speed car accident and had suffered from a whiplash injury for 8 weeks. They had tried to deal directly with the insurance company responsible and were offered nothing. The injured person then instructed Clear Answers' Solicitors and they obtained £1,000 compensation for their client.

In another case, which was heard in Leeds County Court, an insurance company were not prepared to offer an injured man a reasonable amount of compensation. He had suffered from a whiplash injury for 4 weeks meaning that he could not visit the gym as he normally would. He remained absent from work for 1 week, could not drive for 4 or 5 days and could not carry out DIY for 2 weeks. When the injured man instructed Clear Answers' Solicitors and the case was heard in Court, he was awarded £1,000 compensation.

Making a claim for personal injury compensation

The cases mentioned above are just 3 of many which Clear Answers' specialist personal injury lawyers have dealt with recently. We know that it makes a big difference to a claim if the lawyers working for the injured person are prepared to do all they can to obtain the maximum amount of compensation possible.

Clear Answers' Lawyers have excellent negotiating skills and spend the time to research cases in depth.
