Woman compensated after getting food poisoning on holiday

A woman who got food poisoning on holiday has successfully secured compensation with the help of our specialist personal injury solicitors.

Our client was on an all-inclusive holiday at a resort in the Caribbean when she contracted food poisoning. She was unwell for two months, lost over a stone in weight and developed IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) as a result of the food poisoning.
