Shop assistant injured in accident at work

A shop assistant has successfully pursued a personal injury compensation claim after she was injured in an accident at work.

Our client was removing boxes in the shop's storeroom when a ladder, which should not have been left there, fell on to her head.

She was left with a mild concussion injury as a result of the accident and also suffered whiplash injuries to her neck. Our client took two months to recover after the workplace accident.

After the accident, she contacted our team of specialist personal injury solicitors to discuss a claim for compensation. Her employer admitted liability for the accident which caused her head and neck injuries and full compensation was secured.
